At its heart, Soul to Sole: Unlocking Potential and Embracing Authenticity is a journey into self-discovery and joy—a space to reconnect with your true self and find the courage to lean into the life you deeply desire. Whether you're already registered or contemplating signing up, this blog post is here to ease any uncertainties and build excitement for what lies ahead!

The event begins with a Personal Development Workshop, designed to help you take a closer look at your life and identify where self-limiting beliefs may be holding you back. Through guided meditations and interactive table work, you'll visualize the ideal version of your life and learn tools to overcome mental barriers. Expect to dive into meaningful exercises that help you reframe negative self-talk into empowering narratives. This isn't just about reflection—it's about equipping yourself with a framework for creating sustainable change. Beyond the self-work, there’s a powerful sense of connection as you engage with others also exploring their path. Together, we’ll uncover new ways to support one another and foster emotional growth.

Part 1: Personal Development Workshop

  • Guided Meditations: Begin with a grounding exercise followed by a visualization of your ideal life.

  • Interactive Activities: Work through engaging exercises to identify self-limiting beliefs and reframe them into empowering stories.

  • Connection with Others: Share, process, and seek support in an intimate, judgment-free space, to your comfort level.

  • Practical Tools: Learn a framework to reduce mental chatter, promote well-being, and inspire lasting change in your daily life.

After grounding ourselves in this transformational self-work, we’ll shift gears to a more intuitive form of connection: Ecstatic Dancing. This isn't a typical dance class—there’s no choreography, no rules, and no pressure to “perform.” Instead, you’ll follow your intuition, guided through five rhythms of movement designed to calm the mind and awaken the body. Hannah Kerne, our expert guide, will create an atmosphere that invites authenticity and ease. With uplifting music and a focus on presence, the dance will leave you feeling lighter, brighter, and completely in tune with your body. This is your chance to let go of worries, embrace the moment, and celebrate yourself.

Part 2: ECSTATIC DANCE

  1. Guided Rhythms: Navigate through five stages of movement designed to quiet the mind and awaken the body.

  2. No Choreography: Move freely and intuitively—this is all about what feels right for you. The best part, there is no right or wrong to do this! How liberating is that?

  3. Focus on Presence: Let the music and movement bring you fully into the moment, creating space for joy and emotional release.

  4. Benefits: Lift your mood, process emotions, and leave feeling lighter, brighter, and more connected to yourself.

FrEQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. Do I have to be barefoot? You don’t have to do anything. Wink! If you prefer not to be barefoot, there is no judgment. Being barefoot is to physically ground us and symbolically represent the journey of humility, authenticity, and confidence from our core being.

  2. What if I can’t dance? But, what if you can? Double wink! Ecstatic dance truly is just movement. There is no right or wrong way to do this, so I encourage you to break free from the pressures, expectations, and self-doubt holding you back and show up for yourself!

  3. Will there be alcohol served? No. Our fullest potential comes from within. Alcohol often creates “fake confidence” and I’m here to help you create authentic confidence.

  4. Do I have to attend both events? No. December 1st and December 15th will be the same event repeated. The “two-part event” comes in the form of Personal Development and Ecstatic Dance during the event itself.

  5. Can I bring my child? Yes. (I love this!) Teenage children are welcome to attend with you.
